BUILDING OPERATIONS INTERNSHIPS THROUGH AOBA EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION 

The AOBA  Educational Foundation will offer summer internships with sponsor companies to soon-to-be HS graduates who will be 18 years of age by the time of the start of their internship in building operations in the Washington DC metro area. This internship is good for students who have studied in Electrical Construction and Engineering, HVAC, or Technical Education (Engineering, Technical Drawing, etc.) classes who like to know how things work, like to fix things, are organized, curious, and willing to learn new technologies. 

Application Period for Summer 2019 is NOW Open -  Feb 1 - March 31, 2019 

The internship program includes:

• $15 per hour for the 12-week summer internship program
• Skills and knowledge development in building maintenance technologies
• Resume and interview workshops to help students prepare for seeking full-time positions
• Support to find full-time positions with sponsor companies
