Culinary Arts Students take Chopped Challenge

Student teams compete for judges approval

Culinary Arts students competed in teams in a version of Chopped Competitions where students are given a challenging list of ingredients and must develop their own appetizer, entrée and dessert over the course of the week's classes.  A panel of volunteer judges evaluate the team's creations on appearance and presentation, taste, and creativity. These photos are from the appetizer challenge.
