Katharine Rineer is the Academy’s ESOL resource teacher. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from George Mason University, an M. Ed. in Social Foundations of Education and an ESOL endorsement from the University of Virginia. Mrs. Rineer has been with FCPS since 1987 and brings a wide range of academic experience to Edison Academy. Mrs. Rineer has three children and has lived in several foreign countries while her husband pursued his military career. She enjoys reading and traveling.
