SkillsUSA District gold medal winners from Automotive Technology, Culinary Arts, and Electrical Construction & Engineering traveled with their teachers and chaperones to Virginia Beach for the State SkillsUSA Championship Competitions and Conference in April.  Students competed in multiple contests bringing home State Championship gold medals in Commercial Baking and Restaurant Service. Competitors in Food Prep Assistant,  Automotive Maintenance and another in Restaurant Service brought home second place silver medals. All of the competitors were in the top 10 in their competitions.   Gold Medalists may advance to the National Championships in Louisville, Kentucky in June.
