Jenna McCabe is an Army brat who moved to Fairfax County in elementary school. A proud graduate of James Madison University (BS in Communication Sciences and Disorders, MEd in Special Education), she has taught a wide range of content areas and students from age 3 to 73. Most recently, she taught Special Ed Active Physics and Biology at Lake Braddock. In her spare time, Ms. McCabe enjoys hiking and road tripping with her family, helping out behind the scenes at a local theatre, reading, and raising backyard chickens.

Deborah Maletz is excited for her new role as an Academy Resource Teacher.  She is a Fairfax County native and a West Potomac H.S. alum.  She graduated from Skidmore College and received her Master of Education from University of Virginia in special education.  Prior to coming to the Edison Academy, she taught at the Davis Career Center and Annandale High School.  When not at school, you can find Mrs. Maletz driving her kids around, going for walks, and gardening and cooking with her husband.
