
Bruce Morrow
Mr. Morrow began his construction career framing homes in Fairfax, VA, for ACE Carpentry after graduating from Lake Braddock High School. He advanced through roles in trim, punch-out, and site supervision at Milton Companies before becoming a project manager at Thoroughbred Custom Homes and later purchasing director at Perlmutter Properties. He concluded his employment as director of construction for Stanley Martin Custom Homes, building hundreds of homes and managing large-scale projects across MD and VA.
in 2000, Mr. Morrow launched his own S corporation, earning DPOR Class A Residential and Commercial Builder licenses. In 2015, he co-founded a DPOR Class A Licensed LLC specializing in marinas, boat shelters, dredging, and marine contracting at Lake Anna. Both companies were SWAM qualified, and he holds a VA Responsible Land Disturber Certification.
Mr. Morrow has taught high school construction courses in Prince William County and plans to complete OSHA 500 and 510 training to instruct OSHA certification courses. In his spare time, he trained as a medic-level EMT and served as a firefighter, medic, and President of the New Baltimore Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company in Fauquier County.
