Mr. Dixon's career path includes practicing law for eight years and teaching high school, he joined the FBI in 2004. Over the next two decades, he served in various roles, including Special Agent, Supervisory Special Agent, and Unit Chief. His investigative work encompassed a broad spectrum of criminal activity, including drug cartels, kidnappings, child exploitation, assaults on federal officers, human trafficking, public corruption, healthcare fraud, money laundering, and counterterrorism. Additionally, Mr. Dixon spent five years as an instructor at the FBI Academy, training new agents and analysts, and was certified as a hostage negotiator. He retired from the FBI in 2024 and joined Edison Academy.
